How do credits work?
Each image you process costs 1 credit. Upload an image, our AI removes the text, and you download the clean result. One credit, one image — simple as that.
Is this a subscription?
No. All credit packs are one-time purchases. You pay once and use your credits whenever you like. There are no recurring charges or auto-renewals.
Do credits expire?
Credits are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. After that, any unused credits will expire. We recommend choosing a pack that fits your current needs.
Can I buy more credits later?
Absolutely. You can purchase additional credit packs at any time. New credits are added to your existing balance and each purchase has its own 1-year validity.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Within 7 days of purchase, you can request a pro-rata refund based on remaining credits. Formula: Refund = Amount Paid × (Remaining Credits / Total Credits). For example, buy 50 credits for $9.9, use 10 → refund $9.9 × 40/50 = $7.92. After 7 days, purchases are non-refundable. Contact support@remove-text.com to request.
